These are huge, the top picture feels like it’s got this massive vertical to it, the second hits me when I look at that wall of cloud across the horizon. I really love the indigo’s in that second photo, what did you shoot these with?
It’s all 100% natural, the light changed while I was there from that cold, greenish tinge to the warmer reds and rich blues. I’ve actually got to the stage now where I prefer photographing sky to land, the muddy, watery bits are a kind of inconvenience that gets in the way of the sky…

is that green tint in the sky natural or the result of some sort of new-and-improved 100% artificial additive phosphor horror?
never seen sky quite like that. i hear bristol is less shit than the rest of the UK but the last time i went, i was too young to really remember it.
you’ve certainly made it look pleasant, at least.
